By using Pete Olin Auto Parts or purchasing our products (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don’t use the Services.

2) Accounts & eligibility

You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live). Keep credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

3) Orders, pricing & payments

You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected method for product totals, taxes, and shipping. Orders may be limited or cancelled due to availability, suspected fraud/abuse, or obvious errors; cancelled orders are refunded promptly. If there’s an unmistakable pricing/content error, we may cancel and refund or ask for your direction.

4) Fitment & installation

Verify compatibility before installation. Fitment charts are a helpful guide; confirm via manufacturer documentation, VIN-specific lookup, or a qualified mechanic. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or misuse.

5) Shipping, title & risk of loss

See the Shipping Policy for options and timelines. Title and risk transfer to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Use a secure delivery address.

7) User content (reviews, photos, Q&A)

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display it in connection with the Services. Do not post unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

8) Intellectual property

Except for user content, site materials belong to PETE OLIN ENTERPRISES, INC. or our licensors and are protected by IP laws. Don’t copy, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9) Disclaimers

Except as required by law or expressly stated, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim other warranties, express or implied (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose).

10) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PETE OLIN ENTERPRISES, INC. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms and/or the Services at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with exclusive venue in Columbia County, Florida.
